It offers luxury game lodge accommodation, warm hospitality and friendly service in a tranquil setting that will be savoured by even the most discerning nature lover.Situated in the south of the Kapama Game Reserve, Kapama Southern Camp boasts 5-star luxury safari accommodation with a tranquil atmosphere. The camp has 15 suites with breathtaking views of the surrounding scenery and landscapes, with all the amenities required for a comfortable stay, including en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, minibars and tea and coffee stations. Guests can enjoy game viewing from the private patios with a refreshing sundowner in hand. The luxury suites are spacious and each one has a private lap pool, inside and outside showers, mini bar, espresso machine and warming fireplace. Families can enjoy a stay at the family luxury suites, with a lap pool, separate connected bedroom for children and an outdoor patio.A delicious breakfast and lunch is served in a dining room with contemporary decor and spectacular natural surroundings.
Accommodation
All 15 suites at Southern Camp have full en-suite bathrooms with picture windows to enjoy the surrounding scenery and birdlife. Air conditioning, minibars and tea and coffee stations are standard in all suites of this five-star safari accommodation. Private patios offer the opportunity to enjoy relaxing sundowners, while game watching at the same time.
Bush Walks
Feel Africa underfoot on a guided bush walk with a highly trained game ranger. The experience offers an intimate encounter with nature and wildlife, and medicinal and other plants are identified en route. Rangers also teach walkers to track wildlife in the traditional way, using animal footprints and scat. Expert trackers are able to tell the gender of many animals just from their footprints. Large and dangerous animals are avoided on walks, but many other species can be viewed from a safe distance at ground level. A bush walk through Kapama Private Game Reserve is a truly memorable and authentic encounter.
